Philadelphia Arrest May Be Man Who Killed New York Boy and Girl
Philadelphia, June 22.
Suspected of being Jack the Ripper, who killed Leonora Cohen on March 19 and two months later murdered James Murray, children
living in the East Side of New York, a man giving the name of Bloomfein is being detained in the Philadelphia hospital for
the insane.
The man was arrested today in the local detective bureau after he had told an incoherent story about "cutting up people" which is being investigated.
