HYSTERIA OF TERROR AMONG ATLANTA NEGROES
FOURTEENTH VICTIM OF JACK THE RIPPER DISCOVERED TODAY

(By United Press)

Atlanta, Jan. 12.
Atlanta's negro population is in a veritable hysteria of terror today, following the fourteenth murder by the city's unknown Jack the Ripper.

In a dark alleyway early today police found the bloody body of a negress, her head severed from her body in exactly the same manner that thirteen other colored persons have been done to death in the last two months.

The unknown murderer invariable chokes his victims into unconsciousness and then almost severs the head, apparently with a razor. The police have absolutely no clue to his identity.
