There is another picture of Tumblety, the man who was at one time charged with being the Whitechapel murderer, and whose whereabouts is at present a matter of profound ignorance to the authorities on both sides of the water. There is nothing new about him but this picture - said to be taken in 1876 and first given to the world by a Chicago paper - shows him to have been an extraordinary looking man and to have affected a startling style of hair dressing.
