MURDER AT THE EAST-END OF LONDON.
Mr. CONYBEARE asked the Home Secretary whether he had seen in the evening papers of that day the account of another terrible murder having been committed in East London, and whether he did not think the time had come for replacing Sir C. Warren by some other officer.
THE SPEAKER. - The hon. member must give notice of that question in the usual way. (Hear, hear.)
MR. CONYBEARE. - Then I do give notice of it.
