Tumblety:- It is now stated that the arrest of Blackburn, alias Dr. Tumblety, is nothing but a smart
advertising dodge on his part by which his "infallible cures" will be better known. He has bamboozled
Stanton into putting him into the Old Capitol, from which, of course, he will soon emerge innocent, a
hero, and the demand for his nostrums will be increased at least a hundred fold.
