Another White Chapel Horror

London, Nov. 21.
The city was shocked this morning by a report that another unfortunate had been the victim of the White Chapel fiend. The report states that the assassin accompanied the woman to her lodging house, cut her throat and mutilated her person in the usual manner. The police at once surrounded the precinct, and found that the woman was only wounded in the throat. The intended victim struggled and screamed, and the would be murderer fled. He was pursued some distance, but escaped. The woman states that she will be able to identify her assailant. His arrest is hourly expected. Great excitement prevails
