I thought this large scale plan of 29 Hanbury Street and surroundsings might be useful. One thing intrigued me - between Nos 35 and 37 Hanbury was an alleyway called Barber's Yard to which was attached cowsheds which ran behind Nos 37 and 39. I just wondered if these had any connection with Barber's slaughter house in Winthrop Street which featured in the Buck's Row case Chris
